Today is the 2nd day of the New Year! We didn't do much around my house to celebrate. In fact, I've been online most of the day doing genealogy research and road trip planning. So far this year, we have had heavy rains resulting in a Flood Watch for Jan 1 and a Tornado Watch for Jan 2. The weatherman is predicting blue skies for Jan 3. We'll see. Meanwhile, I began reading some of my old posts on the blog here.
I need to get busy! One of my first posts had to do with my bucket list. I posted that list 7 years ago! I haven't made much headway on it either. Looking at it now is a bit depressing! I need to add "Hiking the Appalachian Trail" to that list but I honestly don't see how that will ever get done. I can just imagine what kind of shape I would be in after hiking that trail. I'd be one hot mama!
